At Chico Mambo Publishing, we handle the proper administration of these royalties globally, ensuring their collection through management companies, digital platforms, and publishing agreements. We then distribute them to the represented composers.

How is my work protected?

Your work is protected from the moment it enters our publishing system. At Chico Mambo Publishing, we formally register it with copyright entities and collective management societies such as ASCAP, BMI, and others, ensuring its legal recognition nationally and internationally.

In addition, we link each composition to global tracking and monetization technology platforms, which identify the use of your works on digital, audiovisual, and traditional media platforms, preventing unauthorized uses and ensuring that you receive what you are entitled to for each reproduction, public performance, or synchronization.

All of this is supported by exclusive publishing contracts, with clear clauses that guarantee the author’s ownership, the traceability of the works, and their proper management over time.
